New Monday :D
It's a brand new day. Another Monday has arrived. Time flies mercilessly and yet, so hopefully. New hopes are made and crashed by time. "I aim to get the national champion for this year's track and field" may be the mindset that every Victorian has. But fatigue, stress and several hinderances and obstruction that causes us to fail, hence hopes destroyed.
It is already the second of week. Lessons had already started while tests were already carried out. The pace of life is so fast that we students can't even breathe while we yearn for another break which is almost not feasible so as to "keep ourselves up to standard". We study hard and play hard. Freedom is already not a choice as we deem to strive for it as we are so busy with school life that there is no room for any other activites outside.
Some may think that this is no good for students as we are too restricted and 'locked up in our own world', and never 'experiencing the outside world' will get us to nowhere. But here in Victoria, I feel that it rebutts the fact. Teachers over here gets us ready for the outside world. Physically, mentally or socially, they give us worthy advice for us to heed. To err in school, chances would be given sparingly but not in this harsh society. That's already the whole main point in getting us ready for the life and difficulties we may face out there.
So in short,i would just like to thank my school for guiding me through the past one year and another three more years to go, and I'd like to place my trust in the school to guide me and nuture me into ultimately - a professional, gentleman, and sportsman.
